Functie

Hospitality

  • You welcome visitors into the office
  • You make sure that they are guided to their appointment
  • You show around new colleagues and answer their first questions

Reception

  • You answer incoming telephone calls in a professional way
  • You answer and divide incoming emails at the company email address
  • You receive and send mail and packages
  • Colleagues see you as their first point of contact for various matters. For this you take into account the colleagues that work at the office, but also our colleagues that work at the client
  • You manage the reservations of the meeting rooms
  • You order catering

Facility management

  • You make sure the office is always welcoming
  • You are responsible for the tidiness at our office. For this you are in close contact with the cleaning company and building manager
  • You order office equipment, business cards and make sure the stock is correctly managed
  • You manage the access badges

Other

  • You manage our internal calls
  • You are the contact point for our Sales department for several topics such as docusign, contract follow up, …
  • You assist the Prevention Manager
  • You assist in diverse administrative tasks from Marketing, HR, Recruitment

Profiel

  • Bachelor’s degree in Office Management or equivalent by experience
  • You are customer oriented and a good communicator, but also proactive and diplomatic with a critical mind set
  • You can work independently and accurate
  • You have a very good knowledge of the MS office package (most importantly Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, …)
  • You are dynamic and flexible in handling ad hoc situations
  • You are trilingual with an extra focus on English
  • You are a digital innovator

Ons aanbod

Fulltime contract (permanent contract)
Office hours from 8h – 17h (with 1-hour lunch break)
