Functie

Hospitality

  • You welcome visitors into the office
  • You make sure that they are guided to their appointment

Reception

  • You answer incoming telephone calls in a professional way
  • You answer and divide incoming emails at the company email address
  • You receive and send mail and packages
  • Colleagues see you as their first point of contact for various matters.
  • You manage the reservations of the meeting rooms

Facility management

  • You make sure the office is always welcoming
  • You are responsible for the tidiness at the office
  • The follow up of the to do's of our handyman and cleaning
  • You order office equipment, business cards and make sure the stock is correctly managed

Profiel

  • You are customer oriented and a good communicator
  • You are proactive and diplomatic with a critical mind set
  • You can work independently and accurate
  • You have a very good knowledge of the MS office package (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • You are dynamic and flexible in handling ad hoc situations
  • You are trilingual (NL/FR/ENG) with an extra focus on English
