Functie
ISS is looking for an administrative jack-of-all-trades who feels at home in a customer-focused service environment for a temporary job of about 3 months
You will part of our Building team and receive requests by phone, mail, or through our internal ticket system
Your tasks:
- Giving access to badges for new hires + revoking badge rights for employees leaving the company
- Giving access to suppliers through Polycom
- Processing Cherwell tickets + Follow up regularly with suppliers
- Providing on-the-ground support for BE
- Communicate with colleagues internationally
- Responding to e-mail and phone calls to the Facilities helpdesk
- Registering name, temporary badge details and key information in Proxyclick for suppliers (1 day)
- Being present daily at the facilities service desk to monitor alarms + site visits to Antwerp Office
- Assisting in monthly meetings with suppliers
- Cleaning up files in Teams and Sharepoint
- Creating an overview of suppliers per office (BE)
